Pizza Hut

I have eaten there many times. The food is amazing, the staff is friendly, caring, and tight group of ppl. I recommend going there to anyone who truely loves a fun atmosphere)

Horrible service.
Picture this, three familes are seated and chatting away. Noo problem for any well-run resturaunt, right? WRONG! Apparently, Pizza Hut has an issue handling just three familes. My family stood and waited 3-4 minutes to be seated, with not even one comment such as, We'll be with you in one moment. From the time we walked in and waited, servers had walked by and not even achknowledged our existence. After a few minutes, we left.
There's a reason it's not very busy these days, two words
Horrible.
Service.

I would rate it highly , cleana , prompt and friendly service- great food. helpful staff.
The uyoung lady ,Cautlin, certainly made the visit a memorable one.

Ya i like it lots haha

Since the new reovations our family has went for dinner twice to Pizza Hut. The first time we had very poor service, the table and dishes were dirty but the food when finally came was very good and hot, so we just figured they needed to work out some kinks as they had just reopened. This past weekend we decided to give it another try.Big mistake!! There were only three tables with customers at different stages of their meal. One was even leaving. We waited to be seated and then waited to order as well. There was only one waitress on when we arrived and two others started about 15 minutes after we arrived. To make a long story short our food came in 15 minute intervals with 3 other tables of people who arrived 10 -15 minutes after us having their order taken, food coming and two of the tables had finished, paid and left before we even got our total order which was only a dinner for 4. When we asked our waitress what was taking so long she replied that they were very busy and appologized. I can't imagine what would happen if they had more then 4 tables at a time in the restaurant?? Anyway my husband and I were finished our meal before our kids even got theirs. Againg we asked the waitress how long theirs would be and at the same time we asked for the owners email address. She came back with an address and said the manager would come and talk to us if we wanted. Should you even have to ask???? Anyway we sent an email to the address given with no reply so needless to say we won't be back. Rick and Mary Tout, Orillia
