The Breakfast sandwich is atrocious. Not only is the name misleading but it has additives that are not asked for. The Ham Omelette sandwich is actually a piece of what can only be presumed to be scrambled egg, with a layer of shaved ham on top and somewhere in between is the dangerous part. Yes I say dangerous, they actually use a VERY VERY SWEET what they call Honey butter. Now if you are a diabetic here's a nightmare waiting to happen and this additive is NOT even posted. It's not until you bite into the sandwich that you taste it and at that point it's too late. Get on this Burger King before it's too late and realy does harm someone your actions are nothing short of negligent. Either post/disclose the content of the sandwich properly or give the customer the option of having this dreadful additive on their sandwich when ordering. This had to be the worst sandwich / ham omelette ( how you ever came up with this name/description is beyond me ) I have ever tasted in 40 years. I just followed up on this with a telephone conversation to Burger King Canada, and the person I spoke with stated that they will address this issue as it is indeed a concern for the publics health.
