Just Eddie's Bar & Grill

I haven't been there in a couple of years now. We used to stop by on our way to the lake but got tired of the ordinary food. Wow, what a difference! We heard there is new owners & they have really made changes. The staff was friendly & the food was excellent. I had the veal sandwich & my wife had the steak. We are from Toronto & we haven't enjoyed food like that in a while. The place looks really different & we actually stopped in after doing some work on our boat for a couple of drinks at their really cozy inviting bar. Nice big patio too.
We will make this our regular stop from now on. Way to go guy's. Some of the other places in Orillia should try to follow their lead.

We've been going here for years when playing RAMA or on the way to/from our cottage. Park your Toronto attitudes where you park your car this place is NOT fastfood, nor is it snappy hibrow service either. Most of the staff are related in some way, and they don't handle large groups or a crowded diningroom well. We're lucky, I guess, always being there when the place is less than 25% occuppied. The food is excellent and tasty unlike many name brand restaurants. Service is friendly and fast when they aren't busy.

HORRIBLE!!! WILL NOT RETURN. We waited over an hour for our food and walked out! Very disappointing.

I have been to this establishment on several occasions ..The food is phenomenal!! The value for the dollar spent is exceptional and the service is second to none!!We need more places with history and old-fashioned values instead of fast paced cookie-cutter chains...Thank You!

I have been there five times since new ownership has taken over & the food is excellent & they have a big patio as well. I have never had a problem with the staff either. I've actually found them to be really nice. The only thing I didn't like was waiting in line a couple of times but that was only for five minutes or so. I will be back

the food sucks, the shepards pie is store bought just like their lasanga and perogies, too much gravy and who puts cheese on shep.pie, the lasanga is just like no-name stuff you buy from the grocery store. The greese you get from the progies is like asking for a heart attack in waiting, sometimes the staff is nice and sometimes there not. One time they told us they were too busy to get dessert,it was not a good time for her. She wore glass's that hung on her nose and was rude, i've told several people and they have no intension of going back, it was not our first time we've been going there for years, but no more, i make a point of bad mouthing that place and people do listen unlike the staff and owners of Just Eddies!
